During my stay, I appreciated the incredible position just a less than 5-minute walk from Wat Phra Singh and the beautiful Buak Hard Public Park, making it so easy to explore these landmarks while enjoying nature's tranquility in the city. The friendly staff and spacious rooms really enhanced my experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The Supreme Deluxe Room with balcony offered impressive space and a tranquil view of the garden. The food at the hotel was surprisingly delightful, providing a variety of local flavors that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the staff displayed exceptional friendliness and efficiency during my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Spent 5 nights in a Grand Deluxe Room with a balcony. Room was super spacious and included a comfy bed, a private bathroom, bathrobes, and free snacks in the minibar. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, even if a bit chilly. Liked the relaxing vibes and attentive staff. Breakfast had a great variety every morning, including local dishes and fresh fruit.

Just a nice choice for a lightning trip in Chiang Mai with high value for money. The bed was heavenly, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Tip, Request hotter bathroom water for a more comfortable shower.

The shower couldn’t decide between ice-cold or boiling hot—talk about a surprise! And honestly, could the pool be any smaller? I might've mistaken it for a decorative fountain!

My stay at Rim was excellent for my work trip. The location in Old Town was perfect, allowing easy access to meetings and local attractions. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the complimentary tea and dessert tower. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, assisting me in setting up my presentation materials. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that featured a variety of local dishes and fresh juices.

My stay at Rim offered a good escape with really good staff and a charming atmosphere. The spacious Grand Beautiful Room provided a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxation. While Wi-Fi slowed occasionally, the warm hospitality made my experience nice.
